It began at BPP, an education initiative offering free classes to students in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Dyani Makous is the Founder and Executive Director of BPP, and in 2015 Renee LeVangie was working as the Volunteer Coordinator, and later the Program Manager for the school. BPP's Cultural Exchange Program sees over a hundred volunteers each year, ranging from a day to weeks at a time. Although volunteers had a carefully designed itinerary for their cultural exchange experience at the school, they frequently requested additional language and tourism support.
To relieve travelers of the stress and time it takes to research and book credible and safe accommodation, transportation, and activities, Grow Inc was born.
Now in it's third year of operation, we're hosting families, multi-generational groups, non-profits, and students groups from around North America, in beautiful Nicaragua. With the launch of BPP Mexico in 2018, we'll start hosting trips in Puerto Vallarta as well.
Through cultural exchange tours, Grow Inc. encourages global citizens to transcend the boundaries of their comfort zones, inspiring them to be leaders who affect change both in a local and global context.
Every global citizen is a leader who actively engages in a successful pursuit to break the cycle of poverty.
